Marks and scars: Small cut scar between first and second joints of left thumb, rear. Scar on third joint of right first finger, rear. Small round scar on left cheek 1 in. from left corner of mouth. Eyebrows united. Small mole 3 1/2 in. below right nipple.

Relative: Mary Jackson, Galena, Kan., mother.
