Description: Age, 29; height, 5 ft. 10 in.; weight, 167; hair, dark brown; complexion, medium; build, medium; eyes, slate; nativity, Oregon. Occupation, horseshoer.

Tattoo in blue and red of cross, anchor and initials "A. I." and name "Evans" on forearm. III. Eyebrows united. Small scar 3 in. above left ear.

Relative: W. H. Penfold, Denver, Colo., mother.
