Marks and scars: I. Tattoo in blue and red, name C. M. Williams, surrounded by small flowers, 8 in. above wrist, front. Tattoo in bright colors of butterfly 5 in. above wrist, front. Blue outline of letter W 3 in. above wrist, front. Small dim tattoo marks close to wrist, rear. II. Second joint of little finger deformed and inclined to be stiff. III. Vertical cut scar 1 in. long, 3 in. above left ear close to edge of hair. Several small powder marks on left side of nose. Powder marks in ball of right eye. Head bald on top.
