Description: Age, 40; height, 5 ft. 6 1/2 in.; weight, 154; hair, black; complexion, black; build, medium; eyes, medium maroon; nativity, Texas. Occupation, barber.

Marks and scars: 1. Oblique cut scar between first and second joints of first finger, rear. Small scar 7 in. above wrist, outer. II. Vertical cut scar 3/4 in. long on back of hand near knuckle joint of index finger. III. Scar at outer edge of left eyebrow. Scar at right temple 1 in. from outer corner of right eye. IV. Scar 3 in. to right of navel. V. Two scars on left side of head.

Relative: Susie Johnson, Ninth and Harrison streets, Houston, Tex., mother.
