White man. Sentenced June 29, 1904, from Labette county, to a term of 10 to 21 years, for robbery, first degree. Paroled Sept. 19, 1912. Violated parole May 5, 1913.

Description: Age, 21; height, 5 ft. 8 1/4 in.; weight, 141; complexion, medium; hair, medium brown; eyes, dark slate; nativity, North Dakota. Occupation, common laborer.
