White man. Sentenced April 22, 1907, from Reno county, to a term of 1 to 7 years, for larceny from railroad. Paroled May 5, 1908. Violated parole Oct. 1, 1908.

Description: Age, 35; height, 5 ft. 7 1/2 in.; weight, 149; complexion, medium dark; hair, brown; eyes, azure blue. Occupation, horseshoer.

Bertillon: 71.6, 80.0, 92.0, 19.0, 15.5, 14.3, 6.3, 26.2, 12.2, 9.7, 47.3.

Finger-print classification: None taken.

Marks and scars: 1. Small blue dot 3 in. above wrist, rear. Dim vaccine scar upper arm, outer. II. Two cut scars across first joint thumb, front. Blue dot 4 in. above wrist, rear. III. Oblique scar at outer corner right eye.

Relative: John Driscoll, Denver, Colo., friend.
