Negro. Sentenced Dec. 22, 1906, from Labette county, for statutory rape; term, 5 to 21 years. Height, 5 ft. 11 1/2 in.; weight, 191; hair and complexion, black; build, stout; eyes, deep maroon; nativity, Tennessee; age, 75. Occupation, common laborer. Violated parole April, 1912.

Marks and scars: I. Vertical scar between first and second joints middle finger, rear. II. Small fed scar 7 in. above elbow, inner; arm bent and stiff. III. Horizontal cut scar above left eyebrow. Cut scar on rim left ear.
