White man. Sentenced Jan. 23, 1906, from Kearny county, to a term of I to 7 years, for grand larceny. Paroled June 20, 1907. Violated parole Aug. 1, 1907.

Description: Age, 48; height, 5 ft. 7 1/4 in.; weight, 134; hair, dark brown; complexion, dark; build, slight; eyes, slate; nativity, Germany. Occupation, farmer.

Marks and scars: I. Cut scar 3/4 in. long at the base of thumb, front. Small white scar at elbow joint, outer. Two dim vaccine scars on upper arm, outer. II. Small cut scar between first and second joints of first finger, outer, rear. Three small white scars on forearm, rear. Ill. Oblique cut, scar 3/4 in. above root of nose. Eyebrows united. Small scar under right jaw.
