Horizontal cut scar on third phalanx of middle finger, front. Large cut scar at elbow joint, rear. Vaccine scar on upper arm. II. Oblique cut scar on first and second joints of middle finger, rear. Horizontal cut scar between second and third joints of same finger. III. "T" shaped scar at left root of nose. Small black dot below root of nose, on ridge. Light-colored mole on right side of nose.
