White man. Sentenced June 24, 1905, from Wyandotte county, to a term of 1 to 4 years, for larceny from person. Paroled June 22, 1907. Violated parole Sept. 1, 1907.

Description: Age, 43; height, 5 ft. 7 1/4 in.; weight, 139; hair, brown-gray; complexion, sallow; build, medium; eyes, azure blue; nativity, Ireland. Occupation, common laborer.
