White man. Sentenced Feb. 2, 1905, from Republic county, to a term of 1 to 5 years for larceny. Paroled April 11, 1907. Violated parole Oct. 1, 1907.

Description: Age, 50; height, 5 ft. 4 1/2 in.; weight, 159; hair, dark chestnut; complexion, florid; build, short, stout; nativity, Pennsylvania. Occupation, common laborer.
