Description: Age, 40; height, 5 ft. 5 1/4 in.; weight, 141; hair, light; complexion, light; build, small; eyes, dark slate; nativity, Germany. Occupation, soldier.

Tattoo in blue of rope and anchor on forearm, front. Two vaccine scars on upper arm. III. Mole on right cheek 1 in. from nose.

Relative: Emma Julich, Berlin, Germany, mother.
