Colored man. Sentenced Oct. 5, 1904, from Reno county, for assault to kill. Escaped Oct. 20, 1910. Age, 41; nativity, Kentucky; weight, 145 height, 5 ft. 8% in.; build, medium slender; complexion, black; eyes, deep maroon. Occupation, farmer.

Marks and scars: Vaccine scar 6 in. above left elbow. Small raised spot behind left ear. Entire back covered with syphilis. Scar on calf of right leg. Vertical scar 2% in. above right ankle, front outer. Very bad front teeth.
