White man. Sentenced Feb. 23, 1904, from Neosho county, to a term of 2 to 12 years for burglary and larceny. Paroled July 1908. Violated parole July 8, 1908.

Description: Age, 48; height, 5 ft. 8 in.; complexion, light; hair, light brown; eyes, blue; nativity, Nebraska. Occupation, painter and farmer.

Relative: Ed Springer, Bloomington, Ill., brother-in-law.

Reward, $25.
