White man. Sentenced Feb. 4, 1904, from Cherokee county, to a term of I to 10 years for assault to murder. Paroled July 12, 1907. Violated parole Dec. 1, 1907.

Description: Age, 35; height, 5 ft. 7 1/2 in.; weight, 160; hair, dark brown; complexion, dark; build, stout; eyes, dark brown; nativity, Nebraska. Occupation, brick mason.

Marks nad scars: III. Small black mole 3/4 in. in front of left ear lobe. Three moles on left jaw 2 in. from left ear. Small scar 1/2 in. above and behind outer corner of right eye. IV. Oblique cut scar 5 1/2 in. by 1/2 in. below waist line, 4 in. to right of median. V. Large scar 2 1/2 in. by 1/2 in. below waist line.

Relative: Mrs. Nellie Malone, Elreno, Utah, mother.
