The "Criminal X-Ray" is issued for the purpose of locating and causing the arrest and return of escapes and parole violaters to the Kansas State Prison, Lansing, Kansas. Other issues will be published as needed.

Police authorities, sheriffs and detective agencies having knowledge of any of the men herein described are requested to arrest and hold them, and wire J. K. CODDING, Warden, Lansing, Kansas.

Upon proper identification suitable rewards will be paid.

The rewards offered herein will be paid only for the arrest-and detention of the fugitive until delivered to an officer of this institution.
